This exclusive membership-based program helps you keep your roof well maintained which means it lasts longer. If you’ve thought about joining the Overhead Care Club (OCC) but hesitated because you had questions, we hope today’s blog helps.
Who Can Be a Member?
Anyone can join the OCC. If you own a home and have a roof, you’re eligible. We don’t have to be the roofing company who installed your new roof and it doesn’t have to be a new roof at all. We’ll come out and perform an initial inspection and get you signed up to one of the three levels of membership.
Why Should I Be a Member?
There are many benefits to membership. Perhaps the one most taken advantage of during the past year by members was the priority treatment received during the recent hurricanes. Of course, it’s more than just being moved to the front of the line for a roof repair or replacement. Some of the other Overhead Care Club benefits include:
- Annual or semi-annual roofing inspections
- Discounts on repairs & $19.95 diagnostic fee
- Roof, gutter and skylight cleaning
- Attic analysis
- 17-point safety analysis of your roofing system
How Much Does the Overhead Care Club Cost?
There are three levels of membership. Although most of our customers choose the Gold membership at $179 annually, there are good reasons to choose one of the other options. For example, if your home is surrounded by trees, you might want to take advantage of the Platinum Membership for its 4 gutter cleanings – those alone will pay for the membership at $299 per year. Conversely, if you don’t have gutters and your home is relatively new, the Silver membership at $143 per year might work for you.
